your simulation may be done in low velocity and it may be fall in low Reynolds number, and it is a laminar case! but i asked you to change the turbulence in the constant folder into laminar :D...

two points:
1) after you import your mesh, use the command "check mesh" and look the result, is it fine?
2) u may use non hexahedral mesh, so maybe you need to use different schemes...
