run a "checkMesh -allTopology -allGeometry"
I suppose that there are cell determinant problems...

No, you don't need to specify other...

No, you don't need to specify other values/Parameters/fields than U and p.

Just select

RASModel laminar;
turbulence off;

in "constant/RASProperties".
