CAD Import Error - Never Seen Before
 

I did a fresh install of STAR-CCM+ 12.06.011, and for whatever reason the CAD Import tool isn't working.

This is the error:

Unfortunately, the log file is empty. I don't have any leads to go from.

I'm a bit of a bumbler when it comes to software setup. I'm setting this up at home, but in the office our IT department takes care of any issues such as this.
