The method of setting the contact angle of the moving solid wall in starccm++

There is a problem that has been bothering me for a month, I hope everyone can answer.
I am now studying the process of entering an object and trying to set the surface wettability of the wall of the object. In the help documentation for starccm, there is a case of capillary phenomenon, but it sets the contact angle of the two liquids. I will use this case to define the physical model of the surface tension and then set the contact angle of the wall. It is completely incorrect from the simulation results. Therefore, I would like to ask you what is the correct definition of the surface wettability (contact angle) of the moving wall? Is it through the field function? Java? Or is it really a physical model of surface tension, but my setup method is incorrect?)Looking forward to answer. Thank you, thank you!
