Hey all,
how do you bring down the residuals in a complex chemistry model? The model as such converges but some species show poor convergence. Those species (residual in the 100's and 1000's) are intermediate species, I assume I would have to refine the mesh grid more to get better convergence. Is there any best practice mesh resolution for steady RANS diffusion flames, I am at a mesh level 0.3 mm currently and cannot go much lower due to the domain size. Also, my mesh is structured, would a polyhedral mesh possibly show better convergence? Thanks, cheet |
