is this flow unsteady? (Star-CCM+)
 

Hello everyone,

I ran a steady k-epsilon turbulent airflow simulation around a 10-meter tall cube. Some of the results I got converged, some didn't. When I look at the flow, it doesn't look like Von Karman Vortex Street either. Can I tell if this simulation has to be done in unsteady conditions?

I am adding some pictures from the results for you to tell the difference. I am not that experienced, so I am not sure.
