I'm trying to analyze radiator using STAR-CCM+
Considering other structures (aircraft parts), it's almost impossible to mesh all the parts of radiator. (large number of meshes) So I want to simplify the radiator as a plate (or something very simple shape) using some coefficients or parameter that comes from experimental data of radiator Is there any way to do it? hi.
You need to model the radiator as a porous region. And you should convert the dP-Q curve to porous inertial and viscous resistances. Support center should have nice documents about this topic. |
