Default Air with humidity

Using STAR-CD, I have to model flow inside a room with relation to ventilation. An important factor is the humidity (relative or absolute) of the air.

In STAR-CD, air is dry! How to model a certain amount of vapour? Should I model this as a concentration and, if so, a brief explanation of the definition of the scalar would be appreciated.

Regards

DAN
