how can I convert 3.1 files to 3.05 files to view geometry, mesh, results, etc.

I don't know the answer to your question (or even if there is one), but I am interested to know why you want to do the backwards conversion. Are there "issues" with prostar 3.1? - Steve |

To convert v3.05 to v3.1 CD gives you a case_to_ext script that just converts the number extention to a more meaningful extension. So, all you should have to do is rename the meaningful extension back to the number extension. The common ones are, .cel (14), .ctrl (95), .evn (28), .geom (8), .info (61), .mdl (16), .prob (10), .pst (9), .pstt (29), .rsi (62)
