A very simple question. Where do I see my in and outflow when using table data as velocity inlet conditions??

I don't know, if it works for table input data, but normally the in- and outflow is plotted in the *.info file. But you have to switch on "Print Iteration Residuals and Conservation Checks" in the Output controls.
