Hello, I have an existing transient case in Prostar. Now, I would like to make a new case but use the same mesh and boundary conditions because the existing case is corrupted (it can be read into Prostar without error messages). So, is it possible to delete everything else except the mesh ? Or do I have to make the case all aver again ?

After you read in the model, use cwrite, vwrite and bwrite to write out cells, vertices and boundaries. Then start a new prostar and use cread, vread and bread to get all this data back in.

Thanks for the information ! Although I could not get the cell table information (cell type, color etc.) back to the new case as well as I could not get the boundary information back ?

You could have used "cdsave" instead of of c/v/bwrite. Then you also get an case.inp file with all the settings. There you can delete all the stuff you don't want and do an "ifile ..."
