Last Release?

What is the last release of star-cd for windows platform? Is it 3.100B or 3.15? What about other platforms?

the last version for windows is 3.1b for all others 3.15.

To be more specific, the latest release of ProSTAR/ProAM for non-Windows has the "internal" designation of 3.103.519 (you can see it in the Error Report)

the newest windows version is now 3.103.519 as well
