Pressure Reference Cell

I have a trouble: in monitoring and inizialization panels i put a cell for monitoring field and another for reference pressure. When i use moni and pressure command with an input file, i fix a pressure in that cell, but i wouldn't it because in the run file i read monitoring cell and value for pressure reference cell. Manually it doesn't occour, why?

Could it simply be that you have both monitor- and reference pressure cell located on a pressure outlet boundary?
