I am using Star-cd3.10B,i think that the post ptocess in it is not good for me ,i want to output the star-cd's result to Icem cfd,then process it with Icemis, is it possible? how to output the result as Icem format?

Icem output was not available in 3.1b. You have to upgrade to the latest version.

It is a "placeholder" for the eventual ICEM conversion command. It has no real code behind it until later versions of prostar.

Only ProSTAR v3.103.520 can output to ICEM's Visual3. I guess it's finally out but is available only through special request. Contact your agent/distributor. At this time of writing, the newest version of STAR-CD, v3.150A, comes only with ProSTAR/AM v3.103.519.
Alternative technique: just export in Tecplot format and have Visual3 open it. |
