After running a simulation on STAR CD, how can you determine the properties(velocity,pressure,temperature etc) at a point with coordinates x,y ,z?

you can define sensors in your domain that gives you the required values at x,y,z for details please have a look at the manual

Do you want to print these properties out in a file ? Or do u want to access this info for successive simulations ? what is your objective ?
