Problem with Exceed 8.0

Hi,

I use Exceed 8.0, when I run prostar, I get this error:

"Error attempting to open X display"

How can I solve it?

Is the Exceed server running in the first place? Not familiar with Exceed but there should be some kind of identifieable icon in your Windows system tray (next to clock).

We use Exceed all the time. This message is what one usually gets when they remotely log in and do not set the DISPLAY variable in either UNIX or LINUX.
