Modelling Food Odours

Has anybody using Star, ever tried to model the dispersion of food odours,
any advice, or suggestiongs for doing this, what contaminant to use? at what concentration does the smell become noticable 0.1ppm?? Thanks for any advice Cheers -Ted |
