Hi,
is it possible to get the temperature-gradient in Pro-Star Post-Processing? Or: How can I obtain the gradient-vector via USER-Fortran? Thanks Piina |

You can get the temperature gradients in PROSTAR or STAR.
For PROSTAR you need to load the temperature as vertex data, then go to Post -> Operate, and choose Function -> Multi-Register -> Gradient and click Apply. For STAR you can call the gradient subroutine from your own user subroutines, but you'd have to contact user support to find out exactly how. |
