Fan simulation in underhood
 

I have to do a mesh for car aeroynamics, but I've some problems in meshing fan. I haven't es-turbo and I'd like to have some suggests or tricks in doing this kind of mesh and in the boundaries condition application for the fan. Thanks in advance.
