How to read .cel .vrt of STAR-CD
 

Friends, I want to know how read .vrt and .cel files of STAR-CD in to my C++ CFD code. For that I need to know the file structure of *.cel and *.vrt. I will be happy if know the binary file format of those files. Please help me.
