What is the text that goes with it? I don't know of any published list of error codes so it's hard to look it up.

This warning often means that the field in question is already converged (I think the warning names the field as well). This could happen in steady-state or transient - in transient it would happen if the rate of change of that field was zero.

Very common in the first few iterations of a scalar solution, where nothing has changed yet. Also will appear when solving for the third velocity component in a 2D case.
