how to convert kg/kg concentration to ppm conc??
 
can anyone help me here

i have a scalar CO concentration run in Star but the units are in kgCO per kg air, can anyone point in the right direction for converting to parts per million??

tricky question.

You have to find out volume fraction of CO with respect to air. Use ideal gas equation (or any suitable) to find out densities. rest is simple. 1ppm is 0.0001%.
