Hi . i am doing a problem with a block heaving in water and using moving grid of the cells surrounding the block. however after regenerating the cells the portion of the moving grid extends beyond the original boundaries. i expected compression and expansion of neighboring cells to take place but they are not. any help?? thanks in advance

How do you move the mesh and how to do "regenerate" the cells? Note that expansion/compression of cells happens only if you you the VFILL or VSMOOTH commands. The latter works fine only if the movement of the block are small from time step to step.
