Fuel-Air Mixture Inlet

Hi,

How can we specify a mixture of fuel and air (fuel say propane 40 % and pure air rest) in the inlet velocity Boundary conditions? Do I have to specify a scalar like propane with its properties and then in the additional scalars, mention its percentage around the boundary i choose.

Am I correct? Are there any tutorials on it?

Re: Fuel-Air Mixture Inlet

Yes, you have to define propane as a scalar and then set the mass fraction at the inlet boundary. You can use the Star's GUI, scalar boundary tab to define the the inlet mass fraction.
