Is it possible to simulate the melting phenomena from solid to liquid including melting flow induced by Marangoni effect?

Try fluent. It supports melting. Natural convection with Boussinesq approximation. It also supports surface tension effects.

You mean that the FLUENT can simulate the transition from solid cell to liquid cell?

In star-cd, natural convection, surface tension effect can be also considered.
