"cell value"and the 'vertice value"

hello,every one:
i just don't understand what is the difference between the cell value and vertice value? regard! |

In FVM software,the cell value is the control point value,these can be gotten by solving the govern equations, while the vertice value is caculated by interpolating between the value of control point.
