In my beginning STAR-CD course at the adapco office in WA state, there was an engineer there that was building a cfd model of the entire Puget Sound. Tom

I have been searching like hell, to learn what the geometric, topologic, or crystallographic grid name is, for a 4 lined, 8 pointed star; the 8 point[ed] star..?

Can anyone out there, anywhere, answer my question with the utmost minimalist and perfect answer..? Does anyone know the answer..? Please help.

An eight pointed star is an octagram.
