best way to set-up model

Default best way to set-up model

Ok here's some pics of the file I intend to use which I have ran through Pro-surf the first one is of the front of the surface and the second is of the rear surface;

Now my problem is that I want to model the air flow along the front side of the car only and into the intake. What do you think will be the best way to model this. Should I use Pro-am or ES-aero and what will give me the best results. Any advice would be grately appreciated
