compression of oil

Hi,
I need help in simulating a problem, where-in pressure builds up in a cylinder due to compression of oil. This compression against a solid happens within a very short time, increasing the pressure enormously. I am not sure how to go ahead with the analysis. Please suggest a solution. Can StarCD handlw these kind of problems ?? Many thanks. Look forward to your replies. |
