Hello,

I am a beginner and when i was following the steps of the tutorials I met a terrible problem when the child output window told me that my file was not a save file and star setup failed.what was even stranger,even the final template included in the tutorial itself could not be set up.

Does anybody know anything about it?

what version of es-ice are you using i mean 1.04 or 1.06? Are you trying trimming or mappimg method?

i am also an es-ice user and i can help you if you provide above infm. waiting for the reply

Hi,

I modified the original example of the tutorial with mapping method in version 1.0. In fact,ever since I failed to set it up, I have tried new versions such as 1.04 and 1.06,but the problem still remains.Perhaps I am not using them correctly. looking forward to your reply!

Hi No, I bought STAR CD but it does not include es-ice. Is it seperate form STAR CD, if yes where can I prepare from? Thanks in advance

Hi, Es-ice is a separate software. During the operation of es-ice,some files will be generated which will later be used in star CD.Perhaps you have to consult your supporter and buy it.
