$STARDIR/PROSTAR/man if I remember correctly, but as im not in front of my computer at the very second (or at least not one with STAR installed I cant say off the top of my head)

Haven't you installed the whole software? you can require the cd-rom from you account manager. Select the option to install the documentation as well. It makes sense...
