Hello all,
I am looking at the positions advertized on cfd-online and cd-adapco.com. How come the one on their web-site is vague and poorly defined and the one on cfd-online is by comparison very good and clear: http://www.cfd-online.com/Jobs/showj...record_id=3775 ? Although the tasks "includes regular on-site visits to key customers" and "support of pre-sales activities.", it seems cd-adapco does not include support teams for commissions due to sales as fluent, cfx or toehr CAD/CAE companies do. This seems a bit unfair. The difference in the ads are confusing, what job are we actually applying for? What would be you suggestion, G. |

My suggestion would be to call them and ask your questions to somebody at CD-adapco. Why would you assume that the people in this forum who are users of the code know anything about who they are they trying to hire?

Evertything is negociable. I am sure if you are persuasive you can end up with a good contract. You need to discuss the term of your contract in detail.
