Pro-amm Problem

Hi, I was using trimmed mesh with custom template. After trimming of custom mesh, I created the surface for extrusion. This surface is having problems. I found free edges at the points of transition from fine mesh to course mesh. This problem is at all the places where course mesh is changing to fine mesh. I tried changing the cell size and transition growth factor to avoid. But still I am facing the same problem. Does anybody have found similar problem. Is it something related to minimum tolerance limit?? I will be grateful if some body can help me that. Thanks for reading.

If you found this problem after you extrude maybe you'll be able to connect this cells by making couples "cpcr cset" command. But in the other hand if it's in the shell maybe you can merge the vertices "vmerge vset" Command.

You need not worry about free edges because those surfaces are going to be extruded as it is.But you should not have non manifold cells, multiple edges and self intersection errors.Clear the above errors and just proceed the extrusion procedure.
