fan modeling in STAR-CCM+

Hi,

I am trying to model the fan flow in simple channel geometry using STAR-CCM+. I have adjusted all the parameters correct, Up- and Downstream interfaces, fan curve, coordinate system... But I do not really which boundary conditions for the channel to use. I someone has already used the fan modeling function in STAR-CCM+ could you please tell me which boundary conditions were used with which valus.

Thank you for your help in advance! Martin

Hi,

Are you trying to use moving mesh ?? Can you explain a little bit more, how are you trying to model the fan flow

hi Martin,

May I know how you created upstream and downstream boundaries
