there is a good water jacket simulation you can ask to cd-adapco marketing from www.cd-adapco.com. It shows the benefit of polymeshes

It usually takes a lot of time to have a working methodology for these applications. So don't expect that the experts are willing to share their knowledge and do your homework.

yes, i too agree that this is a very complecated problem & takes lot of work input. i am looking for any Journals from SAE/ASME where i can find some information on using CFD to this type of Problems. If have any links, please let me know it. Advance Thanks & regards aero |

Those articles are quite old. Nowadays this is done in star-ccm+ for conjugate heat transfer easy meshing. You can upgrade from star-cd to star-ccm+ to be up to date.
