Is it possible to count the number of particle hits (using a Lagrangian scheme) on the walls, using STAR CD? If not will UDFs help? Can someone point to some references to work related to such tracking?

Thanks

It is possible but only with UDF. You need to use DROWBC subroutine. You can CD-Adapco about sample subroutines for erosion modeling, it was done there
