standard k-e turbulence model

Hello to everybody,
I use the standard k-e turbulence model. Do you know if I can see through post-processing the Reynolds stresses? Regards George |

No, with the k-e turbulence model you can not see the Reynolds stresses. For that you will have to use the RSM turbulence model.

if you are using version < star4, you can set real constant 113 to 1 in PROSTAR and edit parm.inc to increase NSC parameter by 6 (six stresses) before running STAR. Then all turbulent stresses are stored in .pst file and can be post-processed in prostar as scalar.

Sorry because I am a novice user I did not understand exactly.Can you describe me with more details how can I set real constant 113 to 1 in PROSTAR and edit parm.inc to increase NSC parameter by 6?
