Hi everybody.. I am using STAR-CCM+... and in our problem there is a covering layer (aluminium) with thikness 25 mikron. and i have to solve heat transfer here. How can i consider this layer? I am waiting for your response as soon as possible.. Thanks everybody..

If you are thinking about heat conduction in the aluminum, it can be tricky. If you only need the shielding capabilities of the aluminum, try a baffle with thermal resistance.

Thanks Joan.. there is not only heat conduction, also we are thinking about radiation effects.. and radiation coefficients of this layer also important for this problem.. i will try to use baffle interface.. thanks a lot..
