No combustion occurs, Radic1,2,3are not discovered

Dear all, The fuel and the particles are found in engine model, but when I try to analysis combustion,it seems that the ignition doesnt happen at all. I used Unpremixed/EBU standard/shell-auto ignition models,and the scalars were defined already. But the radic123 were not found and the ignition did not happen. Whats the problem?Could you plz help me? Thank you
