Default particles, transient
Posts: n/a
Hi! I have the question: did anybody simulate particle motion in transient regime in STAR-CD V.3.15 (or later)? I can obtain pressure or velocity field but when I try to plot particle tracks, segmentation fault occurs.... Thanks.

Try a newer version of STAR-CD/pro-STAR. There might be a bug in this very, very old version. Are you reading droplet data from the .trk of the .pst file? You might try List>Droplets (I think...) to check if you can read the track file at all.

The problem was: solving was started from second load step (see my other post ) but droplets were loaded in first one. )
