Grafic Problem with StarCCM+
 

I can't see well the mesh, and when I try to generate a Planar Section (button fx) Star CCM+ crash out!! Could be the grafic chipset Intel 965? Is it a grafic accelerator problem?

i had same problems too in Linux.. so after that i have done my planar sections by Derived Parts-Plane Sections..

try install again..

I don't think I fully understand your problem, but some graphic problems I encountered were fixed by loading the program in mesa rendering mode.

Could be graphics acceleration or java version. I've seen this issue fixed with both approaches. If in Windows, reduce graphics acceleration one or two notches. If that doesn't work, or if in Linux, be sure the java is the up to date version. Sometimes a new version of the software is installed, but java isn't updated on the computer. They have a new installer wizard now, so that shouldn't be an issue in the futre, but in the past it was. And as the other posters said, might also try reinstalling.
