how to setting absoft fortran v9 for StarCD v4
 

Hi everybody, I am using StarCD v4 to simulate fluidised bed riser, but when I run star interatively it shown warning "cannot find required library archiving tool "lib.exe" (This binary utility is normally installed with your C/Fortran compliers.)" .Can anybody tell me ,what's happen? ,how I setting absoft fortran v9? please help me.
