Among star-cd I can extrude a shell with the command vcex.

Is there any command like vcex under ccm+?

Unfortunately no. If you are trying to extend an a boundary to get more uniform flow at an inlet or an outlet you can use the extrusion mesh model.

It's the same as vcex and available since v2.10
