dear all,

when I start my calculation I become that:

PNP: Spawning STAR processes on multiple nodes (cluster). /usr/software/star/v3.26_64/STAR/3.26.000/linux64_2.4-absoft_9.0a-glibc_2.2.5-dso/lib/star: Symbol `logf' causes overflow in R_X86_64_PC32 relocation

Why do I get this message?

Thanks

Sounds like you are trying to compute log of 0.

What is the log of 0? (Try it on a hand calculator.)

When your run starts it is probably trying to compute the log of 0 (maybe an uninitialized parameter?).

It's similar to dividing by 0.
