Is it possible to give a negative velocity with the velocity inlet to simulate suction at the outlet? What is with the real inlet? There is no pressure inlet until now.

stagnation inlet will do the job of a pressure inlet

and yes, you can use the negative velocity to get the outlet of the given velocity. It only does not work with the mass flow inlet.
