In the domain,we want refine some mesh as icem' Density box,could ccm+ do this?

If i am not wrong, it can be done using volume shapes and volume sources. More you find out in ccm's help

VG is right, expand the tools folder, find volume shapes, right click and create a new shape (cylinder, sphere or box) then go back to your mesh continua and in the volume source node right click -> new volume source, and select the volume shape and the size you want.
