hi all, i am using STAR-CCM+ and doing an analysis on some car bodywork and intake to air box geometry. i have a fantastic surface wrapper mesh, it's quite nice. when i run the remesher it is significantly worse. I have the wrapper scale factor at 50%, but i thought that the remesh worked off of the wrapper mesh, no? should i be using 100% and putting my base value as lower? i have refined the mesh in these areas.
any advice welcome!!! cheers, jess |

all good, adjusted the regional settings, then created some volumes to further refine the mesh, and bingo!
