cfd-online app crashes always
 

Hello everybody,

I have a question related to the cfd-online app. Since a few days I cannot open the app on my HTC anymore. After starting I see the standard "cfd-online" screen and then the application just quits with a message that I should contact the site administrator. However, I do not know to whom I should write and therefore, I post it here (I hope it is okay).

Any suggestions are welcomed,

You need to update your app. After we switched to encrypted SSL/https based communication the old apps do not work any more. There is a new Android app available here:

The iPhone/iPad/iOS app is still not published yet. Apple are still reviewing it and we can't publish until they have approved the new version. It should be available in app store in a few days time.

Thank you for the reply. It was clear that this is just a very simple problem. I updated the application and now everything is working fine again. Thank you very much for the hint.

Something is similar happened to me whenever I tried to open the app app start's glitch and crashing I have already check to update the app but it doesn't solve my problem. any help would be appreciated:confused:

Is anyone else having these problems with crashing forum apps? I have tried the app myself both on iOS and Android recently and it works well for me.

thank you so much for checking the app on both devices and my issue also has been solved when I change my mobile I have bought a new mobile and app is working well.
