We have several spam filters, both our own filters and external filters based on bayesian filtering and IP block-lists. Sometimes these filters automatically moderate posts that they find suspicous. Then a moderator has to automatically approve these messages before they become visible. Since you have got several messages auto-moderated by our filters I would guess that there might be two possible things that trigger our filters: You are using an IP number that has been used by others to post or send spam before and I can see that your IP number is listed on some spam block-lists. You have posted messages with several links (to images) and links increases the spam-rating of a message in our filters.
