This is a test

I am testing the paragraph issue when posting messages in forums from Firefox browser.

This is simply, a new row. If it reproduces, it should have an empty row above.

This is a new line after inserting 2 new rows. If the bug reproduces, 2 empty rows will be displayed above (instead of one).

And so on...

Please allow me to do my testing :D

Test from another browser

Well, now I gotta confirm it is a Firefox specific issue.
Simply new row.

1 empty row above, 2 if bug reproduces.

2 empty rows above, 3 if still occurs.

3, 4, thank you

To all moderators, please leave this thread as is, this is a test done by the Firefox people to confirm a bug that we reported. When posting messages with the newest versions of Firefox extra line-breaks are added in paragraph breaks. You can follow the bug here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1486513

Conclusion of the issue

Looks like that this is not our bug (Firefox), this must be a bug of the forum.

If the forum wants to keep using traditional behavior rather fixing the converter, they should do:

try {
document.execCommand("defaultparagraphseparator", false, "br");
} catch (e) {
// ignore exception which does not support "defaultparagraphseparator"
// command or a non-standardized value, "br"
}

Thank you, guys! :)
